A depressing hotel, which lowered our spirits. The staff at reception were overworked and harassed. On our first night the air-conditioning blew out hot air instead of cold and, instead of checking properly, they assured us it was working fine. We insisted on moving rooms, which did help. The major plus for this hotel is the underground parking garage, very important if you are driving around Spain.
