The hotel is situated in the narrow cobbled streets about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the old town. The rooms are nicely decorated in Moorish style, though the bathroom was a little strange in that it was ensuite but was sort of if the bedroom cordoned off by a glass screen. Everything was perfectly clean, though the room... more

The interior is nice and the rooms very "exotic", even if its more morroccan style than spanish. The biggest drawback is the bathroom : it is located in the room thus not very private exept for the tainted glass. The service was average and they didnt have a credit card machin which is very annoying. more

We stayed at Hostel Lineros 38 l on 9 and 10 September 2009. The hostel is just absolutely fantastic. We stayed in room 3 which was on the ground floor and the room was a wonderful surprise. Super kingsized four poster bed, excellent shower room and beautifully decorated with a Moroccan theme to it. The hostel is just about an... more

This small hotel is not in the midst of a bustling tourist area, it's just enough off the beaten path to make it feel like an escape. Lovely interior, very atmospheric, decent price, all things considered. Very nice and helpful staff at the desk, but practice your Spanish. Great walking city. The Juderia is lovely and undertouristed (as compared with... more

This place looks like the pictures on their website. Beuatiful room that was spacious for four people with a balcony overlooking a medieval street. They even had a parking spot right across the street in an old building! I can find nothing wrong with this place. Wear your ear plugs though! The streets can be noisy at late hours. more

My girlfriends and I stayed at the Hostel for one night, I room was very nice and the entire hostel reminded more of a riad, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated in traditional Moroccan decor. The lady who worked at the front desk was very sweet and personable. The sitting areas and the courtyard reminded me of Marrakesh.... more

Despite reading some bad reviews we still stayed in this hotel. It was wonderful. We really don't understand what people expect. it was clean, friendly staff, close to everything and full of character. Would definately recommend it to anyone who wants a reasonably priced hotel full of eastern charm. more

We booked this hostal on-line and chose based on the price and the look of their web-site. We were really expecting somewhere a bit seedy but were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. My husband and I had a double room with king-sized bed, our son had the room next door with a double bed. The decor was Moorish and... more

I spent three nights at the Lineros last week. In the main it does what it says on the tin - it's a pretty, Moroccan style hostal about 10 mins walk from the Mezquita. It's clean and comfortable with helpful efficient staff. However, we booked a standard double and got room 13 which was both tiny and extremely dark. It... more
