This is a really classy hotel with a wonderful location. The decor is superb and the rooms are large and airy with wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean on one side and the cobbled streets of old Cadiz on the other. We stayed for two nights and loved this hotel. The location is the best, just leave the car in the car park and wander the interesting narrow streets of Cadiz and enjoy the great café life. Called in for lunch and found the restaurant closed. Managed to get a snack ordered in the bar to eat on the terrace leading to the pool. Staff were miserable and unsmiling. No attempt to understand or communicate in English. My attempts at Spanish were not appreciated. The food delivered was only half of what I (thought I had) ordered.... more
