Check-in was OK - a little slow, but the staff were friendly and moderately helpful. There is no concierge, so getting recommendations for local restaurants etc. is a bit hit and miss. The bedroom was a chalet-style affair, all a bit hi-de-hi, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nowhere near enough storage space however, and the bathroom... more

We recently stayed at the Dunas Puerto for 2 days. It is a 2 minute walk to the La Playa Puntilla. Our rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly and spoke English. Our first room had no working heater so they quickly changed us and gave us a ground floor room. Our Boxer was with us so the... more
