We exchanged through RCI and had a one bedroom little house. It had a sofa bed downstairs and the upstairs bedroom had two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. It was fine for the two of us, but it would be very uncomfortable for four adults. not enough storage space for four people. Kitchen was well equipped. the outside space was a small courtyard surrounded by high wall, it felt very enclosed. Unit ac/heater in open plan living room and bedroom. We accept that this resort had been built for hot summer occupation, we had made adequate provision with warm clothing, however for two weeks we paid £30 in electricity charges. The accomodation was cold (it was north facing) . no heating in the bathroom, small mat in the bedroom and a rug in the sitting area. There are restaurants and cafe and bars on site but they appear to cater for a "British" palate.
