I noticed some of the reviews below and it seems people went to a different hotel. We arrived rather late at around 10:30pm, we were welcomed at reception with a good speaking staff who knew what they were doing. The next morning we got up looked out of the balcony (which had a great view). We went down to the... more

I have just returned from this hotel with my disabled mother, it was a platiam gold selection holiday. No way is this hotel suitable for the disabled or people with walking disabilites. The hotel is stuck in the middle of no where with no shops, bars or entertainment. We spent a week stuck in the hotel which felt like a... more

Have just returned from a great week at the Andalucia Princess, hotel and weather great. Will go back. Have been to a lot of hotels in Spain and this is above average. Yes it is isolated, best to get a car, yes the drinks are dear. Our room was good despite the balcony having a solid wall try to get... more

Well what can I say...My family throughly enjoyed this holiday! I travelled with my husband and two older teenagers. The pools were fantastic (HUGE) and plenty of space to swim without knocking in to anyone. The water gymnastics was fun and interesting and every now and then the entertainers would pay water volley ball which was good. Football and basketball... more

Myself, my husband and 14 year old daughter arrived 7.30pm on the evening after travelling all day. The hotel itself looked clean and quite attractive. We got to our room which was two twin beds and a very uncomfortable camp bed! Our daughter was not impressed as she was taller than the bed and the mattress was wafer thin, not... more

Having read some of the reviews on this hotel I was dreading arriving, however our first impressions were very good. This was the first holiday my wife and I have had since we had children so our agenda was peace, quiet, and nice surroundings for a week . We got all three. The staff were very helpfull ,but a few... more

My family which included myself, husband and 2 children and my mum and dad arrived at the hotel on the 13th July. First impressions were good. The actual hotel rooms were quite roomy and clean but on the downside the air conditioning didn't work and our view was of a wall!! My parents room was next door to mine and... more

It was ok. The room was fairly good. The air conditioning didn't work, and after 2 attempts to get the engineers to fix it, I gave up. It seemed that I was causing them a great inconvenience by requesting them to fix the problem! If you self-drive, make sure you know exactly where the hotel is. It's off the beaten... more
