A nice spacious apartment block with a nice pool in a quiet area. What was most refreshing for that part of the Costa del Sol was NO CONSTRUCTION to be heard or seen. Our Apartment also included a secure garage parking space. A hire car is thoroughly recommended for that area, as it is quite remote from main towns. However its location is excellent for travel by car with many easily navigable roads for Estepona (10mins), Fuengirola (25mins), Gibraltar (45mins), Marbella (5mins), Seville (2.5hrs) etc.

There was plenty of nearby restaurants and bars along the main road (take a large wallet as eating in that area was more costly than the more popular areas of the Costa del Sol). Also a Spar shop right outside was very convenient. Recommended visits are; Out of Africa restaurant and the Chill bar.

Main concerns were that due to the main road nearby (the N-340) and its remote location from the nearest towns there was little in the way of pleasant evening strolls, unlike... more
