It´s already one year ago that I stayed at The Olive Branch, but I still remember it as a fantastic time for being out of everything and relax - although it was raining almost the whole week through :-)! Thank you so much Mel and Gary for making me feel home instantly! For picking me up from the trainstation, helping... More

Staying at the Olive Branch made our trip. We met so many other really friendly climbers to head out to the crags with, and the communal areas made relaxing, getting to know people and planning the next day really easy each evening. The owners; Gary and Mel are super friendly and go out of their way to help you out.... More

Have got nothing but good things to say about the OB. It's great value for money if you're a budget traveller or just after a warm bed and hot shower! Comfortable beds with clean sheets, fantastic bathroom ready with towels, and generous breakfast portions in the morning. There are delicious home-made curries and chillis ready-frozen for people who don't fancy... More

This place is such a great place to stay. Really clean, well equipped rooms with a huge kitchen and loads of eating/relaxing space. There's even a pool! A great place for a quiet holiday, and a great way to meet other people too. Thanks Gary and Mel, you made us feel totally at home! Definitely coming back soon. More

We were there for 2 days while I went climbing, it is well laid out, clean and very well run. i had just arrived from the UK and Mel went out of her way to help me (and indeed succeeding) in finding a climbing partner. It has a lovely location with great views and the pool was clean. The communal... More

We found the place fairly easily although I would point out that final “driveway to the B&B is a dirt track – a bit scary at first in Nisan Micra. Luckily it did not rain so we got in and out without any problems The room we stayed... More
