I think this is the best hotel in Malaga. Sited next to the Gibralfaro fortress on top of a hill just outside the City centre, this hotel offer splendid views across the City, harbour and the coast. Staying here when in Malaga is almost a default choice. Yes, the views are good and you can park your car, but the rooms are fairly characterless and food is a major letdown (breakfast excepted). We stayed 2 nights just before New Year and were disappointed that the Parador is very poorly signposted in town (unlike the Parador in Nerja!).... more
