This is very much an apartment rental rather than a hotel. Anyone looking for someone to be on call to get taxis, offer advice etc would be in the wrong place. Reception is unmanned. El Cenachero is in a residential/business suburb of Malaga with a good bus service in to the city centre. The apartments themselves are very uncared for and the reception desk was very rarely manned.
