I'd support all negative reviews hereto. Positive things are expected and will be noticed only when highly exceeded, negative experience always noticed. This hotel has a strong 4star facilities' level, however service is poor. The big issue for local management is room service and untrained staff. Hotel is lovely. Rooms clean. Pools nice (beds are very dirty though so early in season). But the real problem is the hotel staff, terrible. My husband and I have just come back from 5 days in this fantastic hotel. The hotel is new and the facilities are marvellous.
