The hotel was clean. comfortable and the food was good. However it's a good 20-30 minute walk from the town centre and is on a hill, so no good for kids and the elderly. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes, not sure about now. This service starts at 9.00 a.m and ends at 5.00, so you... more

Inside is generally a bit dated but very clean and my god is it big, massive entrance lobby huge hall ways and their is so much... more

Where to begin... The hotel is dirty with holes in the walls, the food was absolutely disgusting, the service was shaky at best, and our concerns were never appropriately addressed. We booked a double and were given twin beds (for me and my husband). Were told it would be addressed - seven hours later we opted to pay for an... more

A nice hotel, but very steep stairs everywhere. Not recomended for families with young children. Facilities in the room were very limited. for example there was no kettle as described, and when we asked for one it was never sent to us. They have not grasped the all inclusive concept very well attall, as you do still have to pay... more

I agree with the last post on this Hotel, A lovely hotel but on such a steep hill! Luckily you only have to wal up it once or twice a day. The gardens were beautiful and the view of the sea from my window was beautiful. But on the terrace in the afternoon there were lots of pigeons waiting for... more

Had a good holiday. Lovely clean Hotel, 30min walk out of the centre of Marbella. (Up a steep hill) Very clean but felt the breakfasts were a bit boring. A couple of mornings there wasn't much left.Don't leave your table if you sit out side. Pigeons will land on it & eat off of the plates & walk all over... more
