Large excellent breakfast which does not open before 8 am, a bit late for early birds travelling for early golf tee-times. A large outdoor pool. A small and limited fitness room. The hotel reception is light and airy marble floor with plenty of seating. Checking in was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. The hotel staff hated all the guests. Service was terrible; coffee on the terrace was served in paper cups. Any request was denied although we offered to pay extra. we stayed at the H10 Andalucia Plaza at the end of our holiday. It was a great place to relax. The hotelrooms were a 10min walk from the reception but we had a very good price, so that was acceptable. They even had a gluten-free breakfast!!! The H10 does not disappoint as a 4* hotel. But bear in mind the hotel does have prices to match the rating. The facilities, rooms, food and staff are all fine. Looking for a few days in the sunshine we booked this through Lastminute - inc flights. Regular short and long haul travellers we were a little worried re some of the reviews. Great tip - get bus from Airport to Marbella bus station -4.30 Euros pp. This takes about 40 mins - traffic depending. Taxi then to hotel 13/15 Euros.... more
