Perfect location of hotel. It’s not new but clean and simple. Little bit old chambers but good bed and shower. Nice balcony with sea view. Breakfast is perfect and staff is great. Recommend for all. Close to the beach. Easy access from station. Difficult to find a parking space around the hotel

The hotel was lovely, staff friendly, rooms outdated and small smaller than the pics and had no balcony, there was no entertainment cause it was out of season, was only there for 3 nights and that was good but wouldn't go back. The food was ok and different food every night.

From the outside the hotel has lovely kerb appeal. But on the way to our room it was very dated and in need of some TLC. My room wouldn't lock - broken latch. No smoke/fire alarms in room. Bathroom doors - Locks wouldn't reach the frame so couldn't lock them. Bathroom was nice but the bedroom was dated. Old beds moved when sat on and squeaked a lot. TV but it had no English channels at all. No balcony and the view was of the refuse area, gas bottles and staff smoking area. Very noisy at all times from around 6am when rubbish was collected, deliveries, staff arriving and leaving etc. Asked to be moved to a balcony room but they wanted to charge as they said I had booked a budget room. I did not book a budget room, I booked room only because we wanted to enjoy all the lovely restaurants around Torra. So basically if you don't pay for food with them they stick you in the rubbish rooms at the back. Some of the staff were very rude and ignorant. Bar drinks prices were extortionate so if your room only go outside the hotel where drinks are cheaper. We had no coffee/tea facilities in our room and the first day the coffee machine was out of order. This was sorted the next day and a tiny cup of coffee was 1.50 euros. No entertainment at all. One TV which showed Spanish channels only. In honesty they seemed to cater more for Spanish and Germans. The fact that they wouldn't just give us a nicer room with a balcony considering they were dead quiet pre-season, was disappointing. We will not return. Much nicer places around the area.

Very good hotel for the price. Spotlessly clean throughout. Nice big room with a seaview. Pleasant bar area with good selection of drinks. Lovely clean pool area with pool bar which was good as the weather was very nice for February. Hotel restaurant was ok but nothing exceptional All the staff were very pleasant. Short walk to the old town and also to the beach

Lovely grounds and pool. My room on the 4th floor seriously needs refurbishing. Curtains and carpets old and faded. Food mediocre but ok. The worst thing I found was that there were Spanish families that arrived a couple of days after me that ran rampage through the hotel. It was not possible to sit in the lounge at night as they would jump on the stage and stamp and shout and scream, people of all ages kids as well as adults. There was drunken behaviour. And the staff did nothing to stop them. Two drunk adolescents got in the lift with me and started talking to me in a drunken manner. When I politely said I was English and didn't understand they started calling me a Cabron. I actually know some Spanish, but I refused to be drawn and pretended not to understand. Not a pleasant experience. Would not return.

Single rooms are compact and without balconies but still well equipped and with air con / heat and well equipped bathrooms. Beds comfy and a good stay. Drinks were plentiful with a good selection and bar staff very polite and helpful. Range and quality of food very good and better than the other BLUESEA hotel in Torremolinos. Pool area secluded and peaceful. The fittings and decor in the hotel are older and traditional but it gives the hotel some extra charm and character. Check in is at 3:30pm but if you come earlier you can have your wristband and start your holiday earlier with the lunch that you’ve already paid for! All is all a great stay and I’d definitely come back for longer.

We visited for an event in Torremolinos with friends. I was worried before we arrived after reading reviews, but upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the hotel is dated in places, but is immaculately clean, rooms are huge and we were lucky to have a room on floor 3 with a sea view. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and food is plentiful. The only improvements I would recommend is that the beans and soup could do with being hotter as they were warm and that new carpets in the corridors would make a huge difference. This is one of the friendliest hotels I've stayed in and the staff are a credit to the hotel. For the bargain price we paid for half board, it is great value. We will be returning next year when we come back to the event. Thank you and keep up the great work
