Positives:
- The rooms/bathrooms were quite large and comfortable, clean and tidy too.
-There was a safe in the room at no extra charge
- Staff were quite helpful and friendly
- Free on-site parking
- Breakfast hours can be a bit flexible
- Good base to explore Granada and the area if you have a car
- Very good value for money

Negatives (more of those were nuisances really, but you would not expect them in a 4-star hotel):
- You cannot make any calls from your room or anywhere in the hotel (not even the reception)!!! You can only receive calls. Can be a big problem given that the hotel is isolated.
- The air condition was not up to standards, as the room was quite cold and we had to ask for portable heaters
- There was something damaged in the 2 rooms we had booked and, despite we were told that someone would be coming to fix it immediately, none ever showed up. more
