Most venues rate the Macia Monasterio Los Basilios as a three-star hotel but we think it deserves only one. The building is charming but the furniture in the rooms and common areas reminded us of homeless shelters we've volunteered at. We stayed in the hotel in June 2006. From the picture it looks a charming place in it was in some places. The staff was very unfriendly and unwilling to help.
