We found the Princesa Ana to be staffed by helpful, friendly people who did everything one could ask. Upon entering, the lobby was plain and quiet. Getting to the room we went through a darkened hallway. You had to search for the switch, though it was lighted, but with hands full with luggage, or later on, shopping bags or food, this is not convenient.
