We were disappointed with this hotel. It is in a very good location but our room was cold and dark. We knew it would be an internal room, but it was not very welcoming. The staff were friendly and the hotel was fine. The weather was awful, very cold and very wet so that may have coloured out feelings about... More

This is a lovely small hotel with a wonderful location. Personnel is very attentive. Breakfast is plenty and fresh. Near La Alhambra. My partner and I felt very welcome here. We felt it was a good value. The only slight inconvenience was the spiral stairway on our room (29), which is a bit ackwardly located. Recommended!!!

My partner and I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights for our honeymoon. It is a modest hotel but it has a very authentic feel to it, it's clean, quiet and it has lots of character. The room was small but very pretty and perfect for what we needed. We had a stunning view of the Alhambra and the... More

We enjoyed our 2 day stay here. It is centrally located, very convenient to the Albaycin and the Alhambra, yet in a quiet spot. The staff was lovely and helpful, patient and attentive. We changed rooms after having a bad night on an uncomfortable bed, in a room with a strange circular stairway to a loft we didn't need. There... More

This is a modest hotel in the ancient Arab part of town. It is within walking distance of the Alhambra, the old Spice Market and other points of interest. When you enter the hotel the first thing you see is a 15th century fresco and there is wonderful modern art everywhere. The beds are rock hard but the ambiance is... More

We stayed here in April. The location was perfect for exploring Granada. The room was lovely and cleaned thoroughly everyday. The main double bed was fine, however, the bed in the upstairs mezzanine floor needs replcing. My 11 year old son kept us awake every time he moved as the springs were faulty. The mattress was also in need of... More

Hotel is located in a good location, easy walking distance to most sights. You very much get that Moorish feeling looking out the windows of the hotel. While the room was fine, I have to say I was disappointed with the bathroom. For one, there was a considerable amount of mold in the area between the door and shower in... More

We spent one night in this historical hotel. We like the history that we can just feel the minute we walk in (see picture). We also like the fact that we can walk to just about any points of interest in Granada from there. The amenities have been updated, but don't expect 2-thumbs up on the comfort department and 21st-century... More

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. It's greatest strength is its location, close to the heart of Granada as well as providing easy access to the enchanting Albaycin district. The room was small but functional, however it was very cold for the time we were there. The bathroom was also cramped and the shower was... More

We spent three nights at Palacio de Santa Ines. The building is charmingly renovated in a moorish style that suits the location perfectly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some of them offer a splendid view towards Alhambra. The room prices are affordable, and they serve a very nice breakfast, although the dining room can be a little cramped... More
