The hotel is not centrally located. There is practically nothing around the hotel. At the moment, the street outside the hotel is under construction and it is nearly impossible to get to. We had to park several blocks away and pay more money for parking. No one at the hotel ever apologized for the inconvenience due to the construction. Our... more

Insides of the hotel were beautiful and so is the roof with pool and view of the city and Alhambra. With car easily reachable, valet parking in hotel garage. Rooms were modern, new interior. Only bad thing was it's location at the outskirts of the city: about 20-25 minute walk from center. more

We stayed here from 9-13 July 07, upon arrival there was no concierge - albeit we arrived late - there was no 24/7 service. Tired and hungry we checked in - then located the 'room service' menu. This finished around 11o'clock - so was too late for food. Luckily we spotted some old doughnuts in a display on the bar... more

We were 26-28th Dec (2 nights) in a family trip (two children 10 and 12 and us) and we reserved 2 double rooms. The rooms were really nice: new and modern and full equiped, also we can say some luxury. Breakfast quite good. We also had a dinner and a lunch, and the food was very good and the service... more

After getting off the bus from Malaga and then a city bus to this property, I felt rather overwhelmed by the amenities this hotel offered. Upon entering you feel this sense of clean, modern lines that seem a little unexpected from a historical city like Granada. The room had a business feel to it but I suspect that was in... more

The hotel is confortable, modern and nice. The reception area and its team create a good atmosphera and help a lot. Although we had a few problems with the bathrooms that were not done when we arrived at 6 p.m. they were solved immediately. The other side of the hotel is the restaurant. Although the food at the restaurant is... more

This hotel experience was not pleasant from start to finish. Booked via expedia and was told upon arrival that my booking had not been received yet (despite it being 24 hours later). Nevertheless, managed to get a room, but was given a twin. Asked for a double as per my booking - not possible. Was charged approx 330EUR for 2... more

Smart business hotel located near Congress Halls and only a 10 min walk from Granada centre - or take the no 21 bus. Quiet well-furnished rooms in modern style, rooms at the back avoid all traffic noise. Excellent restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Parking under the hotel. Good value, we paid €60 per night for a twin with... more

We were driving into Granada and hard a hard time finding this hotel as few of the streets have signs. Once we did, we parked the car in their garage for about Euro 12 a night. The hotel is a little too far out of the town center for my taste though bus service was fairly easy to figure out.... more
