The hotel from the front is nothing but once through the door it opens up into a nice courtyard and was clean quiet and comfortable. The area seems a bit run down but we walked at night and felt perfectly safe. Lots of places for breakfast nearby. Helpful and informative staff. more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our grand tour of Spain. The Hotel is very nice - it is quite basic but very charming and just what we needed during our stay. It was in a great location and the hotel staff very extremely helpful. On arrival they gave us a map and detailed... more

Highly recommended. Nothing to complain! Nicer than we expected, more beautiful than the pictures you see, quite easy to find, very central location near to major attractions. In this trip I think the great impression of Granada was mainly due to this experience in Abiadia. We stayed for 3 nights there. Nice staff. Incredibily low in price. more

We stayed four nights at the Abadia Hotel in October 2009. Using a map from Map Quest, we walked to the hotel from the train station. We loved this charming hotel, which has preserved some of the original Moorish features, such as a lovely courtyard with a gurgling fountain. In the courtyard, we enjoyed relaxing and talking to the other... more

The hotel is situated in one of the small streets of granada. you might think the area is run down, but the hotel is fixed up nicely and has a beautiful internal courtyard. the parking is just across the street (about 15€ per night). the staff is helpful and even gave us a small map of the city showing us... more

We booked a room in the hotel and were offered an apartment close by at the same price which we accepted. We had to check in at the hotel and left our car in the garage there then walked to the apartment which was a short walk even with our luggage. The apartment was in a nice building with an... more

The hotel is small but romantic, very lovely rooms. They have also a patio outside, with tables. So take a beer with you to drink it outside in the evening. The staff is also very friendly, a very good price-value relation. It is not located in the historical center but very near to the historical center. Check the pictures at... more

My husband surprised me with a short break to Granada for our first anniversary and after much research on the web had booked us into the Abadia. We had a room on the top floor overlooking the courtyard and it was lovely. Clean, good sized with small fridge for the much needed chilled water, great hot shower and comfy bed.... more

Hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful with local sightseeing, Alhambra transport guidance, etc. Large and clean rooms were just the place to escape after long days taking in the city. Chose it for the price and the proximity to the train station, which allowed us to walk to our departure upon check-out. more

We stumbled into the Holel Abadia lobby tired lost and were treated to some of the best real service in the world. The guest service rep had guided us into the intersting location with patience and care. She insisted on parking our car herself. Marquetta (sp) gave us great recommendations and directions. She told to get to our room, relax... more
