Our room smelled like sewer gas. The staff was friendly and understanding, but the owner wouldn't let us cancel without paying a fee. We cancelled anyway and stayed at Hotel Palacio Santa Inez instead (which was very nice). Book this hotel at your own risk! More

We loved this place Its really unique, baroque and quirky. ITs right on the riverside so access by car is impossible.
