Been to the Occidental Sevilla several times before. The changes made have led to a decrease in standards. The hotel was becoming and is now in need of renovation. The rooms need redocorating, especially the bathrooms. Appliances such as televisions are not reliable and need replacing. Handily placed hotel, about 15 min walk from the cathedral. Lots of restaurants nearby. Near the station and there's a supermarket just across the road. Gym is quite small but adequate and the pool area is really nice. I never saw it crowded and, in fact, there were only ever two or three people there to enjoy the sun. Rooms... more

Stayed for 4 nights on holiday in Seville and Cordoba. Hotel is right opposite the main AVE train station, so its a bit of a trek to the old city centre, a good 15 min walk, which we did on each day and felt safe at all times of the day. There are some very good local bars for tapas... more

Housed on busy Avenida Kansas City this hotel is closer to the shopping center of Sevilla than old town. They suggest a walking route into old town and many of the tourist areas but I would recommend a short cab ride instead. We found the hotel to be in a great location, across the street from the train station and a short walk to the old town. We booked through Expedia and paid for the "free wi-fi" special; unfortunately, the hotel did not really have such a special and we were to pay 12 euros for internet access. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and loved everything about it! The rooms were bright, colorful and roomy. The restaurant served very good food. The lobby was roomy and comfortable. I didn't have to deal with the staff at all because I was part of a tour, but everything went very smoothly at check in and check out.... more

just had a stay here its great. staff are really friendly and very centrally located. any help you may need just ask the staff and nearly all have great english . pool is so comfortable and its like being miles away from the city when you lie out there. overall a great experience. more
