The room was so comfortable, very clean, lovely furnishings and very spacious. The little touches of toiletries, espresso coffee machine, gowns, slippers made it very special. Because we had up-graded, a bottle of Cava and fruit greeted us. We had a courtyard room that was very quiet. The room was air-conditioned which we found very efficient and noiseless. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Being a short three day break we didn't have time to try the restaurant as there were so many small cafés and tapas bars within a short walk. Also, a supermarket just around the corner. We found the location excellent for walking to all the points of interest. A very special stay, thank you.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional and made our visit to Saville memorable and fun. Rooms are very comfortable and the courtyard areas offer an excellent place for drinks after a long day sightseeing. We would really recommend this hotel and would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff including Juan at the reception desk.

This hotel is wonderful! I fell in love with Seville but more so with this hotel. It is situated in a central area within walking distance to a lot of the historic sights. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks, Patricia, Miguel, Kris, Marta, Carmen just to name a few. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful pool in a lovely private area. The restaurant is very pleasant and serves a lovely breakfast with lots of variety. All food is of a very high standard. I was overall impressed by this hotel group. Being from a hotel background, this is the standard I love. This hotel creates a sense of the place, Seville. This makes it special. I would love to return and would highly recommend this hotel. I will also be exploring other hotels in the Hospes group. Thank you ❤️💛

A fairly small boutique type hotel about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Seville. Staff were very welcoming. It does not have an actual bar area but youcan get drinks served in the courtyard and lounge area, we didn't make use of this so cannot make further comment. The restaurant Azahar is part of the hotel and open to the public, we only used this for our breakfast which was part of our package. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice from the buffet and hot food which could be ordered. We did ask to move rooms as our first one was very small and dark with only a very small windowm overlooking the internal courtyard. The room we were moved to was excellent and perfect for us as we spent a lot of time there relaxing and resting. There are a few bars/coffee shops etc within a few minutes walk of the hotel

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of October and really enjoyed it. The courtyards (we think there's four but it could be five!) made it feel as though you'd been transported somewhere else and couldn't possibly be in the centre of Seville! The staff were all really friendly (especially Cristina) and the breakfast was absolutley fine with attentive staff. Location is really good as nothing is far although obviously it's all on foot. We were on the ground floor in a corner with a really nice Deluxe room. The roof top terrace is great for a quick relax after a long day sightseeing...

Beautiful boutique small hotel! Attention to details. Would love to stay again. Room was very comfortable and big. Convenient parking underground. Restaurant and breakfast were delicious. I had a massage and was very good. We didn’t ude the swimming pool because of cold weather!

We enjoyed a 5 night stay in this charming hotel in the Santa Cruz area. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Robert. Checkin was smooth, Miguel provided us with a map of Seville, highlighted routes and pointed out areas of interest. The hotel also procured reservations for a day trip to Cordoba. Our room was large and well appointed, plenty of closet space and a generous bathroom with plunge size bathtub. I particularly liked the pretty tiled floors. The courtyards are lovely and authentic. We had a very good dinner at the restaurant and were treated to an exciting Flamenco show…what a dancer. I would have loved to give the hotel 5 stars , however our room was very dark and could have benefited with a plug in night light. There was a shuttered window but when opened did not provide privacy as it faced the courtyard and guests passed by. We are not fans of buffet ( which looked very good) we would have appreciated an ala carte option. Despite the negative comment about the dark room this is a worthwhile hotel and we recommend staying here.

The room interior was quite nice , but was given room number 2 which is in ground floor and opened into a courtyard. Was not warned that their restaurant serves dinner in this courtyard till 11:30pm, so forget about getting or any quiet or going to bed before that.
