We have stayed at this hotel five times now and had a great stay every time. From 2001 to 2011 we have seen the same friendly staff. Great location.

It did take a bit of time getting to this lovely hotel from the station, mainly because the station is so far away from the center of the town, but once there, what a wonderful surprise. The reception area is very elegant and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently located for all of the main sights of Seville.

The hotel is located in a nice location -- very convenient to all the major sites in Seville (including the cathedral, Alcazar, old Jewish quarter, shopping, etc.). Although the rooms and the hotel are a bit dated and could use a bit of renovation, they are nice and clean (and the bathrooms do seem to have been renovated recently).

We stayed for 3 nights during the Spanish Christmas (1st week of the year), the hotel was quite conveniently located, with helpful reception staff. Breakfast was enough and good quality. It has an spa which we could not use due to lack of time and a season pool which would be worth in the hot months.
