The room was small and simple and clean. The window went out to an outdoor column of space (not large enough to be a courtyard, but large enough to let in some light). The Europa is a decent hotel, offering clean, traditional rooms with modern bathrooms and power showers, pleasant reception area and friendly service. Location is excellent - just a short walk from the Cathedral, main shopping district, bars, restaurants etc. All in all this is a pretty good option for the price (80 euros per night). More

we got a good spacious room (#300) which was neat and clean. Didt care about room not having a particular decor. Staff was very friendly and the location was great! Close to everything in Santa Cruz. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were nice. Beds weren't too comfortable, but it was worth it overall. I would definitely stay there again! More

I have mixed feelings when I think of this hotel. The good points – all of the staff were friendly, great location, good sized room, nice balcony, nice tiles in the reception and hallway areas and large flatscreen samsung tv ( I didn't watch it so dont know how many channels). Good character hotel, central to all historical sites, parking available for a good price,clean rooms, comfortable, air conditioning, no complaints for the price and the star rating, would definatly return. More
