This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the old city. It was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The day we checked out, they let us store our bag until we were ready to leave the city. Noise was not a major issue for us. more

I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel that carried noise from the halls and stairway so much. The hotel consists of rooms built around a "courtyard" type common space with one main open staircase. It was so unbelievably loud - you can hear every footstep, every word. Hi, The Y.H. Giralda is situated 40 metres from the Cathedral just off the street leading from the square bell tower. This is the liveliest street around the cathedral with lots of bodegas and tapas bars.The Hotel is very quiet as it is located just off this street.Therefore the Hotel is in a great location.The reception staff were very friendly.... more
