We attempted to stay here in Sept 2011. Upon arrival we found the reception for this hotel is actually in another hotel a few 100 yds away. When we arrived there at 11pm we just got a surly " Non... Full". We showed our reservation - Non Full. For 15 mins we had to deal with a very unhelpfull receptionist...
