Very small, cozy, food is allright, service is impeccable, staff is helpful, rooms are clean, heating system was flawless, beds were ok (a bit too soft but good). The hotel exhudes charm in every corner. You can't drive to the hotel. It's not that it is difficult, it is impossible. Take a cab to Plaza Santa Cruz and walk the short distance to the hotel. Be glad to be rid of a car. Your sense of delight upon entering the courtyard of the hotel will continue throughout your stay. more
