“Comfortable and convenient”

Comfortable, clean and good value for money. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Not totally in the centre, but only a few stops on the tram if you prefer not to walk, though easily within walking distance for most people. Free internet on computer in the lobby.

“Rude, Ignorant Reception”

Rudest Man in the reception, he had a very bad attitude & should be kept away from customers. We had booked 2 rooms, one was ready upon arrival the other we waited a bit but it was only 1pm & check in is at 2pm. It is a very old somewhat restored hotel, Linen & towels were old, flooring in... More
