Bottom Line up Front: The only thing keeping me from giving this hotel an overall rating of "5" was the room temperature (which I and seemingly nobody else could control). Far too expensive for what it is, and that is too bad, because this hotel has the potential to be awesome. It truly is in need of major renovation. I have stayed in the Boston several times now. Vast lobby which leads to a lounge and a coffee-shop type area. Down the escalators to the bar and the dining room. No windows but often superb food.
