We enjoyed the relaxed ambience and the MOST PROFESSIONAL customer service of the front desk men. Our biggest disappointed was breakfast. Average quality in my opinion and service wasn't adequate to 4 stars hotel.

Excellent location, comfy beds, clean room amd modern. Nice receptionist, very helpful. Very good price on booking. Nice to have the communicating room with the kids. Did not have breakfast so can not comment on thaT. Next to the hotel the best churros place. Also close to the cathedral.

We spent three nights here. A charming hotel within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. Room was clean, well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. I'd recommend to anyone staying in Zaragoza.
