We stayed in this hotel as part of a sports delegation, so we had little choice and we were clearly ripped off, paying about a hundred euros for a room and "breakfast".
The hotel is old in a not-charming way and has a tired appearance throughout. You have your choice of a room with no exterior window or one that faces the main street. The rooms are stuffy, so I'd choose window facing main street but you need to close the windows at night or the noise is unbearable. Also insane is the decibel volume of the plumbing when the person in the room next to you flushes the toilet - it will wake you up and send you out of bed screaming.
Avoid the restaurant in the hotel, unless you like Tang and tough croissants or tired buns for breakfast and overcooked and bland pasta for supper.
All in all, avoid. Like the plague.
