It was hard to find using local maps coz it was down a narrow one-way lane - I carried my bags and walked 15 min from the airport bus drop-off point and took a few wrong turns and had to backtrack. Stayed at this hotel for three nights, great location being central for all areas of Bilbao and within 5/10 minutes walk of the old town, Museums and galleries. Loads of restaurants and bars in area around hotel. Breakfast excellent nad staff friendly and helpful. Modern hotel so lacks a bit of personality but warm, clean and welcoming. more

Just back from Bilbao, great hotel for location purposes - easy to get to all the main points of interest in the city. Rooms pleasant though we didn't have a view of anything except the office block next door. Lovely and clean tho air con was a bit iffy! Parking under the hotel was v convenient. Guggenheim a must see! more
