checking in was very slow, and once we made it to our room, we found holes in the wall, bathroom tiles broken, window blind ripped and the carpet torn and lifting. Which is totally unacceptable for a five star hotel. We then had to return to the lobby and wait at least another half an hour to get our room... more

Great location in Bilbao and a highly professional team of staff. The rooms were large and well appointed. We hired a car from the airport, so were able to leave the car in the hotel car park whilst we explored the city. It's a really comfortable city hotel. Will definitely stay there again. more

Sheraton Bilbao is an excellent choise for your stay in Bilbao. I bookd a suite room on the top floor. Wonderful view. Big and nice room with terrace.
