Right in the middle of the old town - within walking distance of everything and just around the corner from a tram stop. Great restaurants/bars on the street - next door and slightly to right of opposite. Staff very helpful. Room perfect. Little balcony for people-watching.

Right in the centre of the old town and 5 minutes walk from the train station it is clean, comfortable and convenient. It is really in the heart of the old city which i liked it most. Also the conditions are good, quite new building, new furnitures, spacy room and bathroom, etc. It was a little bit expensive when i compare with other cities in Spain but it is not too expensive among Bilbao hotels.

Located in the center of the casco viejo. Take earplugs, because the walls are thin and you will hear people walking on the floor above you. Clean and convenient, recommendable. Bars and restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel is in a great location in the old town, about 30 minutes walk along the river to Guggenheim. The staff at the hotel were VERY helpful. All clean and just as described on their web-site. Only problem, a bit noisy early in the morning when they are cleaning the street.
