Check in took forever. We weren't staying in the main hostel (there are 3 under the same hostel name), and the directions were very poor on how to get to our one. We waited about 30 minutes to check in. The receptionist was rude, spoke foul language, was disinterested and expressed his hatred for tourists and his manager. The service was ridiculous! We were wandering lost with no idea where out room was as nothing is numbered or labelled. Had a great 4 nights here. Rooms were good but lots of noise from the street in the front 2 rooms. Location was perfect. Very relaxed attitude and were made super welcome by all the excellent staff. One of my best hostel experiences.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, but they do not exactly keep on top of the cleaning. Floors in rooms are very grubby and bathrooms /kitchen useable but not clean.
