The location of this hotel is great - close to the old town area, near the ocean and walkway. The room I had was a double room - two twin beds next to each other. Room had a closet and a desk. No refrigerator. Had trouble finding the english CNN - but the staff showed me how to find it.... more

Nice hotel, not too far from the promenade. Hotel was clean, instead of queen or king beds, it was two twin beds next to each other. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it; we would definitely come back. more

I´m writing this from an internet cafe right around the corner from the hotel (although they have a computer available there). hotel parma helped to make my stay in san sebastian GREAT. it´s not a fancy hotel, but the staff and the location make it worthwhile. i would absolutely stay there again and i just don´t want to leave! more

The location of Parma Hotel was the only upside. Our room was somewhat clean, but it smelled so strongly like smoke that we had trouble sleeping/breathing and our clothes reeked like smoke for the remainder of our trip.
