Terrific value, very comfortable, right across the street from the convention center, and only a few minutes' walk from the old town with its terrific pintxos (tapas) bars. I would have no hesitation about recommending this property to friends.

The rooms was great size and bathroom and especially shower was superb. Location near surfer beach was perfect. Our room was quiet as overlooking the internal covered courtyard but there was no air on and no breeze through the window so if there in summer and you can't take the heat, go elsewhere. Otherwise great alue for money.

Me and my boyfriend was happy with the location close to the Zurriola beach but the nights was a bit noisy because of the traffic and a nearby bar. Bathrooms clean and modern!
