Never, never go to Adore Plaza. It does make your holidays a terrible nightmare. No concept of hospitality, professionalism. You do reserve and they confirm it. I was really impressed by this hostel and the staff...even in Spain's scorching heat, they were pleasant and cordial....I stayed there for 3 nights and regret not booking a couple more as I didn't want to go back to my grungy and stinky hostel in Madrid....I found the location to be unbeatable. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed in. It was clean,nice,comfortable and super well located. You can walk everywhere. The staff was helpful at recommending restaurants and things to see and visit. We stayed there far three days and we were really sad to leave.
