Service was adequate with little waiting time and caring employees. The placement is just right for tourism, with the historical center of town just a few minutes walk. Room, was minimaly decorated with comfortable bed and big chair. There was an issue with the room's floor (mainly wood and it seemed raised due to moisture by the room entrance, creaking... more

We just spent 6 nights in Vitoria at this hotel for the jazz festival. It seemed to be one of the nicest hotels in town, with a modern exterior. The staff was very good and it was a nice stay. We certainly enjoyed their fine restaurant every day! I would go there again if we were to return to Vitoria. more
