We have just returned from another two weeks at the Presidente Hotel, and cant understand why people are moaning in their reviews.The Hotel is exceptional value for money. All the staff on reception are very helpful and understand english very well. We didnt encounter any waiters taking there own tips and found them all to be very friendly and helpful.... more

Yesterday came back from a lovely week in the Presidente Hotel in Portinax. The hotel is spotless,rooms and all arears cleaned every day. The food was lovely, great choice for everybody, the service very good. Lovely place, but quite hilly. Bus service quite limited. Having said this, a great holiday, would reccomend. more
