Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a great little hotel, perfect location ,right on the promenade to walk or cycle along. The hotel has only 20 rooms, so you feel you are staying in a very special place. The hotel has great history and is a very beautiful Moorish building. We stayed room only and went along the beach to have breakfast and lunch etc. Buses are just at the end of the road, 2 euros into Palma and they run very 7 mins. Amazing. Why drive. We felt really looked after by the staff at the hotel . The manager was amazing and although our flight wasn’t til the evening we had a room to use that had a shower and towels etc, so it was like an added bonus. We loved it here and Mallorca is beautiful.

A fabulous small hotel - 20 rooms. We had room 105, which has a very large terrace and fantastic sea view! It is ideally situated right on the sea front. A family run hotel and all the staff are lovely and always very helpful. I thoroughly recommend it!

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, we got a nice room facing the sea. On the negative side I failed to understand why they charge extra to use the safe in the room. When you pay 230 euro for a room, what's the point of charging an extra 3 euro to use the safe? Safes should be there to enhance guests experience, not to make extra money.

While the building is an old 1920, it felt like walking into my grandmas old home, tired, lack of brightness, character, and the furniture felt like a second hand shop. Arrived a day late because of plane issues and therefore paid €400+ for one night because of the policy. Ok, but they wouldn’t add breakfast, not even a coffee for breakfast… and no kettle or anything in the old tired crowded room. Definitely not worth the value

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and plan to return in the future. It is small and relaxed (not a mega resort like some) so it was very peaceful, the pool is small but always enough loungers and plenty of shade from the beautiful trees. We had a garden room which was very quiet although a little basic. The hotel is really close to the beach. The area is very quiet and not a lot of options for dinner, but you can get the 35 bus very easily into the centre of Palma which has all the options you could wish for. The best local option by far is La Dolores who do great tapas, burgers and steaks. The rooms could do with tea/coffee making facilities and updating. Breakfast could be better - more pastries, better coffee, etc. The hot food is sat for the whole duration and as a result not appealing, eg scrambled eggs etc. All in all it’s a lovely charming hotel which could be even better with a few tweaks.

Wonderful hotel, in a great location. Great service from friendly, helpful staff. Less than a minute from the beach with great walks into Palma or to the nature reserve. Views from the room, especially the sunsets were amazing. Food excellent.

This is our second visit to the hotel. We love that the hotel is small, breakfasts are relaxed affairs, the setting is beautiful (beautiful historic building, garden and pool - plus 25 metres from beach) and the room is clean and tidy (bed firm- great for me but could possibly do with firmer pillows too). Most of all, the staff are all lovely- special mention to Mona,Monica, Betts ( my daughter Emma’s favourite)and Thomas plus another lady on reception and another lady in the pool bar - who I think were new?!?(sorry didn’t get the names this time) - just make you feel welcome and relaxed. This part of Palma seems to be mainly locals- so the beach at night is great - lots of families having beach parties and old couples walking by alongside the teenagers training and playing volleyball - just really a lovely place to be. Plenty of good restaurants nearby and a 40 min coastline walk to Palma city or 15 on bike (on dedicated bike path) or just get a 20 min bus from near the hotel. Lovely place- we will return.

Hotel is in a great location literally on the beach and about an hours walk to the Cathedral in Palma Old Town. Great bus service is 5 minutes walk away. We had the panoramic room view and whilst the room was small the balcony area with Cabana overlooking the beach was superb. Very personal service and very relaxing. Able to hire bikes at the hotel to use on the excellent cycle path all the way to Arenal and Palma Port.

Great small cosy hotel with a wonderful garden, and great location, less than 50 meters from the sea. The beash is only 20-30 meters wide and not too crowded. The hotell staff are all super friendly and service minded. The garden rooms and superior rooms can be highly recommended. The breakfast is a bargain and very nice with a quite large variety of warm dishes as well.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel. We absolutely love it - staff make the stay so memorable. Location is great - beach just across the road and within a walking distance to Palma (long walk). Pool is small but lovely ambiance. Beds are hard but not a problem for us. Breakfast is good and a hotel's restaurant not too bad as well. Overall - we enjoy staying at the hotel and will be back for more stays.
