Very proffessional and friendly service in a good athmosphere. Breakfeast first class, comfortable rooms, nice Spa, and good golf on 3 courses nearby.Absolutely nothing to complain about. “Wonderful staff and lovely setting”

The staff is very helpful, polite, and hard-working. The hotel is wonderful for families. The hotel is surrounded by a golf course and has a lovely pool area, which the children loved. It is a ten-fifteen minute drive to Palma and less than an hour to many beautiful beaches and areas of interest. Overall a lovely place to stay.

The setting is excellent. On the outskirts of Palma with a rural feeling. The rooms and especially bathrooms need a refurbishing. In a regular room the standard af the bathroom is not what you expect in a 5 star hotel. No minibar is unexpected in an establishment of this type. Food was good and affordable. When In Palma I always stay at the Sheraton Arabella. The excellent service has been consistent for the 15+ years that I have stayed on this property. The staff is the best and most attentive of any of the Sheratons I have ever visited. Highly recommend it for both business and a nice golf getaway.
