Hotel staff was friendly during the day and the hotel was in a great location in Palma. The problem is that it's extremely noisy if your room surrounds the courtyard. At about 5am they start preparing for breakfast and you constantly here the rattle of dishes and then through 11am you hear people talking over their breakfast in the courtyard.... more
