what can i say an excellent family run hotel this was our second stay,and not our last,Alex and his family were fantastic,nothing is too much trouble. i highly reccomend this hotel more

This hotel is very convenient for the town, harbour and small beach. It is run by a lovely family who are very friendly and pleasant. Unfortunatley our room was not pleasant. Excellent service, very friendly staff. very NICE pool and very close to the town centre and very close to the harbour (diskos and restaurants/bars) and the beaches. Lovely food, definatly try the Steak yummy. very clean it shouldn't be a one star hotel really. more

This hotel is excellant for couples ,it is close to centre of ciudadela but in a quiet location. Went to the Hotel Madrid for our honeymoon. Very quiet and relaxed, just what we wanted. Rooms were very clean with regular changes of towels and linen, food very good.
