Excellent if you have children. Lorraine the entertainer keeps them entertained most of the day and night. Fishing, mini golf, For the adults she does a pool tornament , aqua aerobics and water polo. We were told the hotel was 2 star quality, and so we weren't expecting luxuries, and so weren't dissapointed with basic facilities. We have just just returned from 7 days at the Casillo del Sol apartments. No complaints if you bear in mind this property was sold to us at a very reasonably price, as good 2 star self catering accomodation. Reception staff were very helpfull. Castillo de sol, are basic but clean and well located apartments in puerto rico. we have stayed there 4 times, and for the price they are fine. nice pool, though we visited amadores beach everyday, much nicer than puerto rico beach,cost 3 euros in taxi or 20 minute walk along promeade, white sandy beach with lovley bars and resturants, lovely... more
