Stayed here in July for two weeks, for a cheap hotel this is situated in a great location near to everything you need ie Beach/Night life. The rooms are spacious with huge balconys, the pool bar is great with friendly british staff serving excellent food and drink at great prices. more

Spent 2 weeks at the Omar mid November last year, and also in 2006 in October again for 2 weeks. These reviews do cast confusion on those willing to use somewhere as a decent base and not expecting perfection. me and my sister stayed at the omar last year. the appartments were ideally located. short walk to the beach and right next to the main arear of bars and restaraunts. the appartments were clean. this meant we did not have to get any taxis. the staff were friendly and helpful. the balconys have a nice view overlooking puerto rico.... more
