Stayed here my family for two weeks. (Including disabled member). Booked this hotel over the internet after spotting cheap flights via Jet2 from Leeds. Seemed cheap for a 4*, but all was not as it seemed. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. No pool,no entertainment,poor bar area,no information for english speaking guests. Generally lacks any character and its more like one of those commercial hotels lacking any sparkle. Staff were generally good and the rooms were clean more

22 december - 6 jan 2008 just came back from a lovely holiday in las palmas but the the hotel let us down on 2 counts. Evening meal, main course was poor and veal was every other night. soup and mains was cold. wine was overpriced and the restaurant/bar did nothing to want you to stay there for an evening.... more
