We stayed here for one night in January after a week's sailing - chose the hotel as an easy place to get to the airport from! The staff are very accomodating, but the hotel is showing signs of neglect, DO NOT ACCEPT ROOMS ON THE GROUND FLOOR, as this hotel has a reputation for robberies, my self, and another person in the same week, the room I was in had been broken in to on numerous occasions according to the locals. more
The staff at the Playa Sur Tenerife were very accomodating. The rooms, while somewhat sparse, were quite comfortable. Each room had a balcony, I believe each had an oceanview as well.
