We stayed here half board for four nights and enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. The hotel has been recently renovated and it's evident. Something about the Beatriz left me feeling a bit frigid, though it wasn't the excellent air conditioning. The hotel is in a pretty building, located in pretty much the best spot you can get in Puerto de la Cruz, right across the street from a beach and the Lagos Martiánez.
